I've got to tell this to someone

I was sitting in my car in the parking lot of a Shaw's Supermarket in Westbrook Connecticut, reading a magazine while waiting for my wife to emerge with the groceries. An elderly man approaches gingerly on foot, with a big grin on his face.

"I've got to tell this to someone". Well I had nothing better to do and judging from his apparent eagerness, no choice in the matter, so I listened.

He recounted his tale.

"I was pulling into a parking space over there near the entrance when this really huge woman gets very upset with me. She thought I was driving too close to her and so she swung her massive arms wide around her humungus body and yelled "Go Around, Go around me" and then "Why didn't you go around?"

"I stuck my head out the window", he said and explained to her that "I didn't have enough gas. " 

I had to laugh with him, in spite of my sympathy for the woman's plight. My guess was that she hadn't found it at all amusing.
